Diwali holds profound cultural and spiritual significance in India and for millions of people around the world. Known as the Festival of Lights. and Umang, a school for special children was not far behind. Fifty autistic children in association with the team of Diya India foundation celebrated Diwali at their school premises, the students during the activities. “We always try to bring them to the forefront with the attempt to build their confidence”.
Team Diya India shared the spirit of Diwali by distributing a happiness Geometry box, notebook, drawing books, pencil, crayons and god with the grateful smiles of the children, we found affirmation that even the smallest acts of kindness can ignite rays of hope in the darkest of places.
