Riyansh’s mother was overjoyed when she gave birth to him. From the moment he entered their lives, it was clear that everything revolved around him. Riyansh’s parents doted on him, making sure he had the best of everything.

But life had a different plan for Riyansh. Two months ago, he started having frequent cold and cough. No matter what he ate, he would vomit. Concerned, the parents took him to a nearby doctor who assured them that it was just a normal illness and gave him some medicine.

However, as time went by, Riyansh's condition only worsened. His skin started turning a shade of blue and he would struggle to breathe. Worried, the relatives suggested to seek help from a better hospital.

With no time to waste, they rushed Riyansh to Amrita Hospital. After a thorough check-up, the doctor recommended an echo test. The results were devastating. The doctor informed them that their little baby was suffering from 'Tetralogy of Fallot', a deadly heart defect. He needed an urgent heart surgery that would cost Rs. 3,00,000/-. The mother was in shock. They came from a poor economic background, with her husband working in a factory and earning only Rs. 10,000 per month. To make it worse, her mother-in-law was also suffering from cancer and her husband was the sole breadwinner of the family. They were unable to afford the hefty cost of their son's surgery. Riyansh is their only child, their pride and joy. Riyansh’s parents and Team of Diya India Foundation request our kind and generous supporter to come forward and save Riyansh life.
